While all care is taken in providing the publishing platform services and/or products offered by Liquid State, we recognise that from time to time there may be an occasion when a customer will request a refund for the amount of money they have paid. The following is our refund policy. Please read it carefully before contacting purchasing from us or requesting a refund. This policy is applicable to all Liquid State products and services, whether specified on this website, www.liquid­state.com​, or sub­sites, such as cloud.liquid­state.com​, or otherwise purchased by you. In purchasing any Products or Services from Liquid State you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use. Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do not accept these Terms.

If you are not happy with any of our services or one of our products, please contact us, and we will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.

REFUNDS

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for and have agreed to. You can choose to cancel your contract or subscription, and receive a refund for anything paid in advance beyond the current month, if you are able to clearly and objectively prove that the service delivered by Liquid State does not suit the use for which it was intended, or if the Liquid State Platform has a “major” problem, as communicated by you in writing. We define a major problem as being when the service:

● Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it;

● Is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time;

● Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time, or;

● Creates an unsafe situation.

If you choose to continue with the subscription during the period of the major problem, you can ask us to compensate you for any difference in the value of the services we provided and what you paid. If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we view it as a major problem.

Cancellation of any Subscription or contracted service must be done in writing within 30 days of notice or via the Liquid State website. Please keep your agreement, your invoice, billing email, or quote as proof of contract and payment.

CONTACT LIQUID STATE

Written requests for refunds, policy enquiries, and any other feedback should be sent to Liquid State Support. Refunds will be by credit card, cheque or direct deposit only at Liquid State’s sole discretion and will be made within 30 days from receipt of a written request.

REFUND POLICY CHANGES

This policy may be changed from time to time in Liquid State’s sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person.
